These dishes and desserts are done by our differently-abled friends in our Samsui Kitchen. Our trainees have been taught to prepare various desserts and snacks such as Earl Grey Tea Pudding, Steamed Carrot Cake and Spring Roll. Whether it is a formal event, a party or a celebration, our menu can be tailored to suit your needs.
